Corporate University
Continuous training on the job is a condition for success in a competitive environment. That’s why in the early 90’s Von Roll established the Corporate University
It offers trainings on insulation technology for its customers and its own technical staff. These trainings have become more and more popular and are now open for everybody involved in insulation technology who want to stay on the leading edge. The Corporate University will also offer e-learning tutorials on insulation technology for those who are unable to join a training course. The e-learning program will be available soon.
The objectives of the Corporate University are:
- To impart a deeper understanding of low and high voltage insulation technology for motors, power generators and transformers and to give the up-to-date knowledge on insulating materials and systems
- To provide trainings for people who want to acquire practical experience in the application of electrical insulating materials. The target audience for the Von Roll University are technical employees, sales engineers and managers who need to have a deeper insight in insulation technology and electrical insulating materials.
The prerequisites for participants are:
- Basics in electrical engineering, physics and chemistry
