The Von Roll trainee program offers motivated graduates the chance to kick-start their professional career within a dynamic, international environment. We expect all our graduate trainees to show high levels of commitment and the potential to take on challenging roles.
The program will give you an in-depth insight into the workings of a global hi-tech company. We have offices in 32 locations around the world covering all the important markets (Europe, North and South America, Asia). Our product range includes more than 12,000 different products.
As part of the program you will be given the opportunity to expand and deepen your professional abilities, refine your social skills and test your personal limits. You may even discover your professional calling from among the wide range of possibilities open to you – be it anything from a physicist to a product manager.
To help you derive the greatest possible benefit we have divided our program into on-the-job, off-the-job and network training segments. You will be integrated into specialized projects as well as gain valuable experience of day-to-day work in our foreign locations.
