Mr. Werner Matzner, Chief Financial Officer of Von Roll Holding Ltd has decided to leave the company in spring 2006 in order to take on a new professional challenge. His successor, Mr. Stephan Naef, currently working at DHL Switzerland as Head of Finance and Administration, will take over the new role as CFO as per March 1, 2006.Mr. Werner Matzner, Chief Financial Officer of Von Roll Holding Ltd has decided to leave the company in spring 2006 in order to take on a new professional challenge.
