Willkommen bei Von Roll

Zurich, August 16, 2007 - the newly-elected Board of Directors of Von Roll Holding Ltd today named Thomas Limberger as its chairman, delegate and CEO at its constituting meeting. The role of deputy chairman is to be filled by Guido Egli.

Prior to the election, the former chairman, Oscar Ronner, the former deputy chairman Alfred Niederer and former Board members Dr Thierry Lalive d’Epinay and Dr Thomas Straumann resigned as announced. The new Board of Directors wishes to thank them for their efforts and their contributions to the positive development of the company over the last years. We would also like to thank the former CEO, Walter T. Vogel, who resigned earlier.
