Willkommen bei Von Roll

Zurich, September 6, 2007 - The board of directors of Von Roll Holding AG decided during today’s meeting to extend and complete the executive board of the company. Dr. Jürgen Bremer is assigned responsibility for legal affairs and human resources, Andreas Harting is responsible for Sales and Marketing. On October 1st, 2007, Markus Scherbel will join Von Roll as the new CFO.

The previous CFO, Stephan Naef leaves the company in order to take up new professional challenges. The board of directors thanks him for his achievements for the company and wishes him all the best for his professional and personal future. Thomas Limberger takes over ad interim the task of the CFO until September 30.
