Wear rings for hydraulic cylinders and tubes/rings for ball bearing cages are made from different grades of CANEVASITE® or DURATEX® (phenolic/epoxy resin reinforced with cotton/thermoplastic fabric).
Our products are available in different combinations of resin and reinforcement. Wear rings assure the proper functioning of a hydraulic cylinder even under harsh conditions. These rings are suitable for use both on pistons and rods. Ball bearings require reliable products as well. High-precision ball-bearing cages must be able to withstand material challenges such as sterilization and very high numbers of revolutions.
Ball bearing cages are mainly cut out of cotton/thermoplastic materials. Thanks to the self-lubricating properties of these materials, they provide maintenance-free ball bearings.
Miniature ball bearing cages are mainly cut out of cotton batiste in a cylindrical shape. Thanks to the properties of this material, the cages are able to embed dirt/particles, resist sterilization and run at very high revolutions.
We deliver piston/wear rings, made of Canevasite which avoids metallic contact between tubes, pistons and rods. The rings resist hydraulic oil based on bioproducts (DURAPAN) and present very good dimensional stability even under load, absorb shocks and have low elastic deformation.
