Von Roll Hol­ding AG: CFO Ste­phan Kell­mann lea­ves Von Roll Group. Artur Lust suc­ceeds him.

Brei­ten­bach, Sep­tem­ber 6, 2017 — Ste­phan Kell­mann (53), the long­time CFO of the Von Roll Group, has deci­ded to leave the com­pany after the relo­ca­tion of the Group’s acti­vi­ties from Wädens­wil (Zurich) to the Swiss pro­duc­tion site in Brei­ten­bach (Solo­thurn). Effec­tive Octo­ber 1, 2017, the Board of Direc­tors appoin­ted Artur Lust (35) as his successor.

Ste­phan Kell­mann suc­cess­fully con­tri­bu­ted to the rest­ruc­tu­ring of the Von Roll Group in recent years with great dedi­ca­tion and com­mit­ment. “The Board of Direc­tors would like to thank Ste­phan Kell­mann for his important con­tri­bu­tion to imple­men­ting our stra­tegy. He has demons­tra­ted his excel­lent capa­bi­li­ties during a highly deman­ding com­pany cycle,” says Dr. Peter Kalant­zis, Chair­man of the Board of Directors.

Artur Lust, who has been nomi­na­ted as his suc­ces­sor, has so far been respon­si­ble for cor­po­rate deve­lo­p­ment at Von Roll and has played a key role in the suc­cess­ful rest­ruc­tu­ring of the Group over the past 18 months.

Artur Lust holds a degree in busi­ness admi­nis­tra­tion and is a cer­ti­fied accoun­tant. He pre­viously held various manage­ment posi­ti­ons in lis­ted com­pa­nies as well as in family-owned com­pa­nies. The Board of Direc­tors wis­hes him much suc­cess in his new position.
