Von Roll Hol­ding AG: Par­tial sale of Von Roll BHU Umwelttechnik

Brei­ten­bach, Febru­ary 8, 2018 — Von Roll Hol­ding AG is sel­ling part of its water busi­ness acti­vi­ties, which mainly com­prise the Chi­nese mar­ket and were pre­viously part of the sub­si­diary Von Roll BHU Umwelt­tech­nik GmbH Deutschland.

Dr. Chris­tian Hen­ner­kes, CEO, comments: “With the par­tial dive­st­ment of our water busi­ness as part of a manage­ment buy-out, we are con­ti­nuing our focus on our core busi­ness.” All cur­rent pro­jects will be seam­lessly taken over by the cur­rent mana­ging direc­tor, Mr. Ste­fan Köp­pel, and his exis­ting core team.
