CEO: Dr. oec. Christian Hennerkes

Christian Hennerkes is a fully qualified attorney. He studied law in Konstanz and Stuttgart, including a period abroad in San Francisco. After completing his second state examination, he gained a PhD in economics at the University of Hohenheim.

Mr. Hennerkes began his career in 2001 at the Boston Consulting Group, where he was engaged in the development of growth strategies as well as the implementation of turnaround projects, finally in the position of a Principal.

Since 2005, Mr. Hennerkes has served as managing director and shareholder in various consumer and industrial goods companies, including Theo Müller Group, Travel IQ, and Menerga.

In April 2016, he was appointed Delegate of the Board of Directors of Von Roll Holding AG and, in addition, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Group since October 2016.

CFO: Artur Lust

Artur Lust is a certified accountant of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Furthermore, he graduated in business administration from the University for Economics and Management in Essen.

Since 2004, he held various management positions in medium-sized family-owned companies as well as stock-listed corporations in the consumer and industrial goods sectors, finally as Company Controlling Manager at Ericsson. From 2012 to 2015, he was commercial director and procurist at Menerga GmbH in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

In 2016, Mr. Lust started working for Von Roll as Head of Corporate Development. On October 1, 2017, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Von Roll Holding AG.
