Dr. Peter Kalant­zis holds a PhD in Eco­nomy from the Uni­ver­sity of Basel, Switzerland.

From 1971 ‑1990 he held various manage­ment posi­ti­ons, most recently as Dele­gate of the Board of Direc­tors of Lonza AG, Basel, Switz­er­land. Sub­se­quently, he ser­ved as Gene­ral Mana­ger and Mem­ber of the Exe­cu­tive Com­mit­tee of Alusu­isse-Lonza Group AG, Zurich, Switz­er­land; and from 1997 to 2000 was respon­si­ble for Cor­po­rate Development.

Dr. Kalant­zis has been a mem­ber of the Board of Direc­tors of Von Roll Hol­ding Group since 2007 and Chair­man since 2010.

After his ban­king edu­ca­tion at Swiss Bank Cor­po­ra­tion in Basel, Switz­er­land, Mr. August Fran­çois von Finck com­ple­ted his Bache­lor of Sci­ence (BSc) in the USA at the Uni­ver­sity of George­town. Sub­se­quently, he recei­ved his Mas­ter of Busi­ness Admi­nis­tra­tion (MBA) there.

He is an entre­pre­neur and repres­ents various board of direc­tors mandates.

August Fran­çois von Finck has been a mem­ber of the Board of Direc­tors of Von Roll Hol­ding Group since 2010.

Ger­hard Bruck­meier was born in 1954 and is a Ger­man citi­zen. He holds a degree in busi­ness admi­nis­tra­tion from the Uni­ver­sity of Munich (Ger­many) and is a tax con­sul­tant and cer­ti­fied public accoun­tant. From 1992 to 2021, he was Mana­ging Direc­tor of Dr. Klee­berg & Part­ner GmbH (Munich, Ger­many). Mr. Bruck­meier is a mem­ber of the Super­vi­sory Board of the Ger­man-based Nym­phen­burg Immo­bi­lien SE (Munich), Amira Ver­wal­tungs SE (Munich), Cus­to­dia Hol­ding SE (Munich), Opp­mann Immo­bi­lien AG (Würz­burg), Sub­stan­tia AG (Munich) and Faber-Cas­tell AG (Stein).

Chris­tian Hen­ner­kes is a fully qua­li­fied attor­ney. He stu­died law in Kon­stanz and Stutt­gart, inclu­ding a period abroad in San Fran­cisco. After com­ple­ting his second state exami­na­tion, he gai­ned a PhD in eco­no­mics at the Uni­ver­sity of Hohenheim.

Mr. Hen­ner­kes began his career in 2001 at the Bos­ton Con­sul­ting Group, where he was enga­ged in the deve­lo­p­ment of growth stra­te­gies as well as the imple­men­ta­tion of tur­naround pro­jects, finally in the posi­tion of a Principal.

Since 2005, Mr. Hen­ner­kes has ser­ved as mana­ging direc­tor and share­hol­der in various con­su­mer and indus­trial goods com­pa­nies, inclu­ding Theo Mül­ler Group, Tra­vel IQ, and Menerga.

In April 2016, he was appoin­ted Dele­gate of the Board of Direc­tors of Von Roll Hol­ding AG and, in addi­tion, Chief Exe­cu­tive Offi­cer (CEO) of the Group since Octo­ber 2016.
